John D. Franklin Memorial Concert May 23, 2015 at 2 PM

Dear Parents and friends of ICA

It is with great sorrow that I inform you that Mr. John Franklin passed away this Wednesday evening Fe. 25, 2015.

Mr. Franklin served for seven years as English Department Chairman, teacher of English and golf coach. He will certainly be missed!

He was a dedicated, talented, demanding teacher as well as a fine example and mentor to our new teachers and our students.

Also, Mr. Franklin was our number one fan rarely missing a home athletic contest and traveled to many away games.

As a teacher, he cared about his students’ progress and urged them to do their best.

The entire ICA community is saddened by his passing. We have lost a valued teacher, colleague and friend.

We will be holding a memorial concert and poetry reading in his honor on Saturday May 23, 2015 at 2 PM.

We would like to invite all of our alumni, former and present parents, past teachers and friends of ICA to join us in our remembrance of Mr. John Franklin and to celebrate his life.
