此一具指標性的協議展現了雙方對國際合作、文化交流與拓展台日學生教育機會的共同承諾。自合作構想啟動以來，那須鹽原市政府官員與 ICA 校方團隊密切合作，持續探索能夠實質連結學生、教育者與社區的多元交流模式，促進跨國理解與互動。

Ivy Collegiate Academy (ICA) is proud to announce the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Nasushiobara, marking a major milestone in a partnership more than two years in the making.
This landmark agreement represents a shared commitment to international collaboration, cultural exchange, and expanded educational opportunities for students in Taiwan and Japan. Since the partnership’s inception, city officials from Nasushiobara and ICA’s leadership have worked closely to explore meaningful ways to connect students, educators, and communities across borders.
