The ICA track team traveled to Beijing for the ACAMIS Track and Field Meet on Friday, May 11 through Sunday, May 13.

ICA’s track members won 3 gold medals, 4 silver metals, 2 bronze metals. Timothy Sun ’19 won the 800m Run and placed second in the 1500m and 3000 meter runs.

Joji Kawamura ‘19 had an outstanding meet competing in nine events. He took first place in the 110m Hurdles; second place in the 400m Hurdles and third place in the pentathlon. Jack Hsu ’20 took a first place in the Shot Put and a second place in the Discus, while Jerald Ho ‘19 had a third placed finish in the 110m Hurdles.

The track team had an outstanding meet with very string performances in international competition.
